Settlement between Khvurshid Jan, wife of Karbalayi Yad Allah from Khuzan, and Karbalayi Asad Allah, son of Mirza Muhammad from Khuzan, over some properties, parts of which were included in Khvurshid Jan's marriage contract, in exchange for twenty-seven tumans.

Settlement between Fatimah Nisa’ and Muhammad Hashim, 1901
Settlement, dated October 29, 1901, between Fatimah Nisa’, daughter of the late Baba Khan from Khuzan, and Muhammad Hashim, son of the late Haji ‘Abd Allah, exchanging some properties in Shams Abad for forty tumans. Fatimah Nisa’ then waived all of her rights for four tumans and some wheat. On verso: on April 4, 1921, ‘Abd Allah, son of the late Muhammad Hashim, settled this property with his uncle, Haj Asad Allah, to pay the costs of ta‘ziyah for the late Muhammad Hashim.

Question and answer regarding a transaction, 1882
Question addressed to Aqa Shaykh Abu Turab regarding the settlement of a mill on January 25, 1882. On the margin, dated March 18, 1882, Abu Turab has responded and confirmed the transaction. He also mentions the validation by the seller's mother and brother and the amount of money exchanged.

Settlement, 1884
Haji Muhammad Baqir, son of the late Haji Kalb‘ali from Khuzan, settled a piece of land and a garden with Muhammad Karim Khan Vakil al-Raʻaya, Haji Muhammad ʻAli, son of Haji Muhammad Tahir, and Muhammad Ibrahim after giving the share of Muhammad Ibrahim's wife, according to their marriage contract. Based on the current settlement, the above property is being transferred to Haji Muhammad Baqir's sons, Muhammad Ibrahim and ʻAli Akbar in exchange for one hundred and eighty tumans.

Sale document, 1856
Sale settlement of Haji Muhammad Riza, son of Haji ‘Ali Naqi from Mubarakah. The property had been first transferred from the wife of the late Aqa Isma‘il to Aqa Muhammad Rabi‘, son of Mulla Muhammad Hasan and after a series of transactions, Haji Muhammad Riza became the last owner of the land.

Receipt of debt and its payment, 1853
Mulla Muhammad Riza, Haji ‘Abd Allah, and Aqa Baba Khan, sons of the deceased Aqa Muhammad Baqir, son of Haji Kalb ‘Ali from Khuzan, have settled the twelve tumans of the inheritance; dated August 5, 1853. On verso: the brothers have paid part of their share as khums [one-fifth tithe], setting aside a fraction their sister; dated October 4, 1853.

Lease, 1881
On November 25, 1880, Muhammad Riza Khan, son of Aqa Muhammad Rahim, leased some properties to Aqa Sayyid Abu Ja‘far and Haji Mirza ‘Abd al-Samad, the merchant and son of Aqa Mirza Muhammad Kazim. Following a claim by Khavar Sultan, wife of the late Brigadier Muhammad Karim Khan, part of the property belongs to her. Thus, an adjustment was made to the amount of the lease. On November 23, 1881, Haji Mirza ‘Abd al-Samad became the sole tenant of the property by paying Aqa Sayyid Abu Ja‘far.

Settlement between Rubabah Sultan and Mulla Nawruz ‘Ali, 1915
Settlement between Rubabah Sultan, daughter of Muhammad Husayn (son of Haji Muhammad Baqir) and wife of Muhammad Riza (son of Sadiq from Khuzan), and Mulla Nawruz ‘Ali, son of Karbalayi Abu al-Qasim, over part of an orchard and its share of water from the qanat, located in Shams Abad district, for ninety-one tumans, dated October 26, 1915. Muhammad Riza has approved this transaction. On verso, dated February 13, 1918: Mulla Nawruz ‘Ali sold the above property to Karbalayi Asad Allah, son of Mirza Muhammad from Khuzan, for ninety-one tumans.

Settlement between Aqa Muhammad ‘Ali, son of the late Aqa Jan‘ali resident of Mubarakah village, and Aqa Mahdi, son of the late Aqa Sadiq resident of Mubarakah village, over the sale of an inherited property in Mubarakah village for one tuman and seven hundred fifty dinars, a rent of five thousand dinars for ninety years, and three thousand dinars for the detriment clause; dated December 4, 1792.
